The first one is right on the main “Dashboard” page.
Here you can find the “Plugin Updates” box which lists how many and which plugins need an update on each of your websites.
By clicking the UPdate All link you can immediatelly install all the latest versions on each site.
And with the “Update All on All Sites” link you even only need a single click to keep all your sites up to date.
The second place is on the “Plugins” page.
As you can see the list here also notifies you if a newer version is available for a plugin
Under “Bulk Actions” you can then find several operations to install those updates:
You can either update ALL plugins on selected sites,
or only certain plugins of your choice either on selected sites or the current site.
As the action names indicate you need to select the websites you want to update in the “Your Sites” list before performing the action by clicking “Apply”.
but of course you can also choose to select all here to update your complete site network
