Are you using Google Chrome and are unable to login with no error message displayed?

Please try any of the following to solve this issue if it happens to you:

• Switch your browser to “Incognito” mode and try to login again afterwards.
• Clear your browser cookies for cmscommander.com and try to login again afterwards. See here for instructions on how to clear cookies in Google Chrome.
• Check if the login to CMS Commander works in a different browser.

If the above does not help you to solve this issue please contact support for help.

Do you get a wrong password error?

Did you make sure to double check your password and username/email for any spelling errors or excess spaces? If the problem persists please try requesting a new password here.

Do you get an error that the Google Authenticator code is wrong?

If you activated 2-factor authentication via Google Authenticator in your CMS Commander account you will need to enter a unique passcode each time you login to your dashboard. The passcode gets displayed in the Google Authenticator smartphone or desktop app. If you forgot to setup the app after activating 2-factor authentication or lost access to your smartphone please contact support for help.

Did you forget your CMS Commander username?

Please note that you can simply login with your email you used for registration as well, so there is no need to remember your username. If you are unsure about the correct email address as well please contact support.
