It enables you to manage your sites even faster and finish many tasks like updating plugins or approving comments in only a few clicks.
Using the Dashboard isvery simply and straight forward: You can find several boxes on it, each to perform a specific function on your sites.
The first one exists to install available plugin updates. It shows you each site on which updates are available and for which plugins. To install the new versions press the “Update All” link next to each site or simply the “Update All on All Sites” link.
The “Theme Updates” box works in exactly the same way, just for WordPress themes instead of plugins.
The “Core Updates” box shows you if a new WordPress version is available for your sites. Use the “Install on All Sites” link to keep WordPress up to date on all your weblogs.
“Backup Task Results” gives an overview over the backup tasks you have created in CMS Commander on the “Backups” page and the last box allows you to quickly update the CMS Commander plugin itself on your sites.
On the right side you can find recent comments from each of your blogs with links to quickly approve them or delete them in case they are spam.
The “Recent Drafts” box displays new unpublished posts and allows you to remotely publish them.
Please note that the data on the dashboard is cached and only refreshes every few hours, so if you make changes on your sites directly it will not immediatelly show on the dashboard.
In this case you can use the “Refresh Sites” button to reload the data from all your sites manually.
